as a leaner. Under this contract, the driving school undertakes to provide the above named learner with a category B driving course (theoretical basic knowledge and practical training and related services as "training"), as follows: a category B driving course.
The number of hours of training: 28 hours of theoretical instruction or equivalent closed distance learning and at least 29 hours of driving practice + 1 hour of driving test. In addition, there is the possibility to take additional theoretical and practical lessons.
The timetable for the classroom training is divided into curricular units: information lecture, in the case of e-learning training information e-mail, theoretical instruction, theory test, driving practice, traffic test. Based on the schedule provided for in the GKM Decree 24/2005 and the relevant "Classroom and examination requirements".
Start date of e-learning training: the date of first access to the accredited e-learning framework's curriculum, as recorded in the framework.
Planned or possible end of the training: the learner can take a successful driving test within two years of passing the theoretical exam. The theoretical training will expire after 9 months without a theoretical examination and after one year without a successful examination. A driving licence course without an examination is valid for 9 months. The maximum duration of training is therefore 36 months.
Document obtained on completion of the training: After completing the entire training and passing the theory and driving test: category "B" driving licence.
Method of monitoring and assessing performance during the training: theoretical and practical examinations
Conditions for taking the exam:
* Theoretical examination: minimum age 16 years and 9 months, minimum primary education (8th grade), medical certificate, official document with photo identification and signed application form, certified completion of the theoretical course.
* Driving test: at least 17 years of age, at least 29 hours of training and 580 km of proven driving experience.
Permissible absence rate: 0 % of the theoretical classroom course may be missed. Any absence must be made up due to legal requirements. Absences in the case of e-learning training cannot be interpreted.
Support for training: those under 20 years of age at the time of passing the driving test and those on childcare or child support can receive a state subsidy of HUF 25,000 under Government Decree 55/2018 (23.III.) until its revocation.
The amount and conditions of the scholarship granted within the framework of the training:
The learner undertakes to pay the fees for the compensation of the training as provided for in this contract. In addition to the minimum of 30 hours of practical training required by law, the learner may be entitled to additional hours of practical training.
By signing this contract, the learner consents to the processing of his/her personal data. Acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted the training information, terms of engagement and privacy policy prepared by the driving school. By signing this contract, the learner agrees to the transfer of his/her personal data, tax number and e-mail address to the adult education data system of the adult education public administration.
The learner authorises the driving school or the practical instructor to act on his/her behalf for the administration and payment of the examinations. The learner acknowledges that the driving test may only be taken under the supervision of a driving instructor, as described in the training regulation. The instructors have a cooperation agreement with the driving school.
The training contract may be terminated subject to the following conditions (consequences of failure to comply with the training contract):
- students can take their exams within two years of passing the theory test. A theoretical course without a successful examination expires after one year. A theoreticalcourse is valid for 9 months without an examination and for 12 months without a successful theoretical examination. After these periods have expired, this contract shall expire.
- The learner may terminate this contract without giving any reason at any stage of the training. The refund of unused fees paid is governed by the last paragraph of this contract. The school shall issue a training certificate for the training completed.
- the driving school may terminate this contract and refuse to provide further training if the student fails to pay the service fees by the deadline specified in the fee payment schedule.
The driving school shall provide only training services under this contract. It therefore accepts no responsibility for exam results, examination results, the issuing of driving licences, examination fees or changes in legislation.
The school undertakes to provide the driving lessons required for the driving test within the time limits laid down by law.

Theory Course for Category B HUF 94 000,-Registration from other driving schools -requires prior agreement with the prospective driving instructor - HUF 30 000,-

Payment deadline: within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract.
The amount includes: the use of e-titan e-learning closed distance learning course materials and participation in consultations. In the case of classroom training, 28 hours of theoretical training.
The learner acknowledges that, if he/she takes the e-learning course, he/she will start the course within 30 days of the date of receipt of the registration email sent by the accredited e-learning system, i.e. he/she will actually log in to the e-learning platform and start learning the course material. If this does not happen, the learner accepts that his/her adult learning contract will expire and will only be entitled to register in the e-learning system after concluding a new contract and paying a new course fee.
Other fees include:
The course includes the theoretical exam fee! Additional theoretical exam fee: 4 600,- Ft.
Driving lesson fee: HUF 12 000 per lesson, minimum 29 lessons + 1 exam lesson, which can be paid in several instalments, as described in a separate fee agreement with the instructor.
Driving test fee: HUF 11 000 Deadline for payment: at the time of application for the driving test.
An administration fee may be charged per examination.
- The total base fee for the training course with the category B theoretical e-learning package, exams and 30 hours of driving, calculated at a driving fee of 12,000 HUF per hour: HUF 471 600. The total training fee may vary depending on the hourly driving fee.

In the event of cancellation of the contract by the learner, the learner will be refunded the fees for the lessons not completed. The driving school will reimburse the unused practical lessons - within 8 working days of the notification of the claim at the latest. No other fees paid after enrolment may be claimed back for any reason whatsoever, including fees paid for theoretical lessons.
The school has the right to adjust the fees that have not yet been charged.
